Helpful Resources

We all have questions; it’s a natural part of being human. What’s your favourite colour? When will you be home? Why can’t you hit the laundry basket? While these all require simple, one-word responses (well, maybe not the one about the laundry basket), what about the answers to questions that can’t be immediately explained? How will I get out of debt? How can I stop worrying? What’s the meaning of life? What is my true purpose? Undoubtedly, these are mysterious queries that can kidnap your thoughts and mess up your sleep.

While the Internet is a mind-blowing tool of unsurpassable intelligence, I can’t stress enough to be vigilant about where you get your information. If I believed every tidbit of weird information I found on my quest to cure my disorder, I’d have taken out shares in sinus decongestant or be covered in bee stings. I’m pleased to share what’s been helpful for our family over the years and hope you’ll check them out.
