50 THINGS I’M THANKFUL FOR IN MY JUBILEE YEAR

My life and the good plan God has for it.
A hubby who loves me unconditionally and eats my burnt food.
My three kiddos – they truly are gifts from above (but not when they’re sassy).
My parents and in-laws – never take life for granted.
Golden Retriever furbabies, Diamond and Ruby.
Coffee. Coffee. Coffee. Deeelicious.
Flowers – God’s intricate handiwork blows me away!
Camping – where we spend a small fortune to live like we’re homeless.
The opportunity to teach women how worthy and precious they are.
Potato chips – the fifth food group.
My inner contentment – regardless of my outward circumstances.
Afternoon naps – I’m a man-eating zombie without one.
God’s Word – still relevant, enlightening, life changing, and fresh everyday.
Travelling – seeing new and different places is thrilling and delightful.
My appetite for saving and investing money from an early age.
The ability to share with others much of what I have.
Roots sweatpants – expensive but worth every penny!
A dishwasher (went without for 11 months and almost lost my ever-loving mind).
A heart overflowing with joy – even when life’s hard, even when it hurts.
Sisterhood friends – all different ages, from all walks of life, all priceless.
The deep-rooted passion to serve others to the best of my ability.
Worship music that moves me to tears.
God’s Animal Kingdom – especially elephants, birds, lions, whales, and horses.
Berries – succulent bursts of mouth-watering lusciousness.
The knowledge that I’ve made a difference in people’s lives.
The peace-filled acceptance that not everyone likes me, and that’s okay.
Warm, sunny days.
Costco twisty ice cream in a cup (even though it hurts my tummy).
God created me for a special purpose, and I’ve finally figured out what it is.
Fuzzy, fleece bed sheets and a heavy comforter – like sleeping on a heavenly cloud.
I enjoy talking to strangers and hope to brighten the day of everyone I meet.
Fresh-cut, chip truck, French fries with vinegar, seasoning salt, and extra ketchup.
Discovering that people who are hurting, often hurt others. I love them anyway.
The privilege of talking to God any time of the day, about anything and everything.
President’s Choice Root Beer Sparkling Water – icy cold yumminess.
The chains that have been preventing me from my best life are broken, forever.
The gift of mercy – I see you; I really do.
Family dinners – one of life’s greatest highlights.
My past scars – without them I wouldn’t be where I am today.
The prayer requests that light up my phone and the honour of helping a heart.
Down time – no doing, no thinking, no moving, just being still.
